SALENTEIN VALLE DE UCO SALENTEIN RESERVE - ESTATE-OWNED VINEYARDS BODEGAS SALENTEIN IS A PIONEER IN THE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION OF PREMIUM WINES IN THE UCO VALLEY. THE IDEAL REGIONAL CONDITIONS FOR GRAPEVINE CULTIVATION, COMBINED WITH THE VARYING SOIL TYPES AND MICROCLIMATES OF ITS ESTATES THAT ARE SITUATED AT ELEVATIONS OF BETWEEN 1,050 AND 1,700 METRES, RESULT IN EXCEPTIONALLY CHARACTERISTIC WINES. Variety: 100% MALBEC (from vineyards between 3,600-4,265 feet above sea level) Aged in French & American Oak barrels for 12 months. Tasting notes: Purplish red colour. Expressive, aromas of fruits such as redcurrants and blueberries mingling with floral notes of roses and violets, typical of the Uco Valley. Fresh and vibrant in the mouth, with a persistent finish.
