Octavius Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva DOCG 2017
Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva produced from Squarano Estate. Grapes are hand harvested from 30-40-year-old pergola and 8-10-year-old guyot-trained vines, dried for 120 days on traditional wooden plateaux, then de-stemmed and soft pressed. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in 500 L French oak tonneaux and barriques for 48 months and an additional 8-12 months in bottle.
